In January, I told myself I was going to change everything that was impeding growth in different areas of my life including my weight. I gained so much weight in college and it made me depressed. I knew complaining about it everyday wasn’t going to keep me going, so I looked for ways to change it. In the 3 habits that changed my life post, I talked about how Intermittent fasting changed the game for me.  I managed to lose 20 lbs in the first 4 months of this year and when people ask me what pushed me to keep going, my response is RESULTS.

This response is the testament to everything in my life. I’ve been able to maintain consistency with blogging and creating because of results. Just like the results from my blogging keep me motivated to keep creating, the result from my weight loss get me up every morning to go workout. 

The results might not be immediate, but they eventually will come and all your hard work will show for it.

The next time you feel like giving up, remember how far you’ve come. Look at your results!
