Cat Eye Eyeliner | For Beginners

We all know getting the perfect cat eye is like trying to get our life together. When we finally get it perfect on one eye, the other eye always have other plans. So, I found an easy strategy that have been helping me achieve the perfect cat eye & I’m here to share it with you…

1. Eyeliner come in many different forms, there’s the traditional pencil liner; which is a big NO! when trying to achieve a cat eye look, there’s gel liner, there’s liquid liner and the list go on… I recommend a precision liquid liner for beginners, because it gives more control versus the others.

2. The next step is to actually achieve the look itself, and one mistake I find people often make is pull on their eyelid when trying to make the wing. The best way in my opinion is to make a line starting at the outermost corner of the eyelid. Now, the longer the line the more dramatic it will come out and vise versa.

3. Next, make another line from the eyelid connecting it to the first line

4. Shade in in-between the lines.

5. continue to line the lash line connecting it to the wing.

6. This is very optional, because I’m not a big fan of the liner I choose. I want something darker and long lasting, I’m applying this gel liner over my original liner.

AND VOILA!!
Hopefully this Pictorial was a bit helpful to anyone, if it was be sure to let me know in the comments…
