A few days ago, my boyfriend put together a “surprise” birthday dinner for me with all of my friends there. I say ” surprise” because being the nosey person that I am, let’s just say I did some investigation prior to the day of the party and found some details. Prior to leaving for New York, my boyfriend was constantly asking me for friends phone number (SIGN #1), what color did I like (SIGN #2 ) and other obvious questions. A few days before that, he asked me how to pay an invoice through paypal, when I read the invoice it was to a bakery ( SIGN #3). At this point I’m saying to myself “my friends know something, I can feel it”. The day before the Event, I was at school hanging out with my friends, as I get up to leave them I purposely asked ” When am I going to see you guys again?” and they ignored my question and changed the topic ( SIGN #4). The day of the event, I received a text from one of my best friends asking can she come over ( SIGN #5). I was able to add all the signs and predicted what was going on, including the venue, because I’ve mentioned in the past wanting to go to that specific restaurant.

Overall, it was an amazing gathering. He was able to include everything that I love, like the all white anterior of the restaurant, the black and white attire requirement, all of my close friends, Italian food and a personalized cake with makeup decor all in one night. I had a great time with all my friends and the people I love the most for being there and supporting me.
