Fall season is just around the corner and although I am ready for my favorite time of year, I’m also enjoying the last bit of summer. I live in South Florida where it’s summer year-round, so seasonal changes only take place in my head lol. In this post, I’m sharing some of my favorite mini floral dresses for the rest of the summer season + tips on finding the right dress. These dresses are perfect for brunch and any day-time outings.
Because I’m petite, I tend to be drawn to mini dresses. Knowing the style of dresses that flatter my body type has made it easier for me to shop for the perfect dresses. Here are two questions that’ll help you discover your style and find dresses that are right for you.
- What’s your favorite physical feature? I personally love my legs. They are toned and I enjoy showing them off, so I wear dresses that allow me to do that. My middle section, not so much. I lean towards dresses less form-fitting that take the focus off that area. I also love backless dresses because that’s another physical feature that I like to show.
- Is comfort important for you? I know this question might be silly but it’s important. Sometime I’ll settle for a cute outfit that might not be too comfortable, but oftentimes I want to be able to give my belly room after a meal, which is why I love these loose oversize dresses.
