Hey! Guys welcome back….I am so excited about this post (I wish you could see my face as I write this post). Since I started become more active on my blog, I decided it was time for me to stop sitting here and hoping people will magically stumble across my blog and instead put myself out there and build my audience. After a long pep-talk with myself I went on Instagram and literally followed every fashion/beauty blogger that I could find and actually started conversations with them. Long story short, I came across Ms. Ryan Rose’s IG through someone else’s page and followed instantly and after a few minutes of reading her blog and “lurking” her pics on IG I fell in love with her personality, how pretty she is, her fashion sense and how much we have in common. I approached her under one of her pics, which led to a long conversation… another long story short we decided to do this collab, and here we are doing it.

Approaching people that I don’t know has always been one of my weaknesses, because I have a fear of rejection, but I am so glad I decided to put on my big girl pants and network. So far I’ve communicated with some PHENOMENAL people and I am in awe of how many beautiful talented bloggers are out there that I can truly relate to.

About the post:

Upon discussing the collab details, she came up with the idea of doing replica looks from the new movie DOPE, she did an amazing job redoing the looks from the movie, me on the other hand didn’t watch the movie, but I’ve seen clips of it, so i just did some 90s inspired looks. This collab is a two part collab so I’ll have more knowledge of the movie on the second part.
